The Tidewater EMS Council Regional Medical Protocols and regional medical policies are available for viewing and downloading in PDF format. If your computer does not have the ability to read PDF files, click on the icon below to download the free Adobe Acrobat Reader. Protocol books are designed to be printed in duplex format.
The 2020 TEMS regional medical protocols are available for implementation on or after April 1, 2020. Each agency's Operational Medical Director must approve the new protocols before their providers may use them. If your agency has not yet implemented the 13th edition, the previous 12th (and 11th) edition protocols can be found below (under the Smart Phone app information).
