TEMS Quarterly Day-Long Continuing Education
The next TEMS regional quarterly EMS training will be held on October 30, 2017 at EVMS Simulation Center. This quarter Tems will be offering Simulation training in the Simulation Lab at EVMS, which will include specific scenarios to test and help you deal with some of the high acuity low frequency events that are encountered in the pre-hospital setting. These scenarios were developed to assist the inexperienced as well as the experienced EMS provider when it comes to some challenging events in the field. In addition to the simulation training, there is also a cadaver lab opportunity that will be available to be attended that will include focus on airway anatomy and procedures, cardiovascular anatomy and some good ol musculoskeletal and visceral pain anatomy. Registration is located at the links below, sign up early due to size limitations of the class. Lunch is provided to all participants.
