Walker Appointed as NAEMSP Program Chair

David C. Cone, MD, president elect of the National Association of EMS Physicians, has announced the appointment of Laura Walker, the TEMS Council's EMS Education Coordinator, as chair of the NAEMSP program committee. She is only the second non-physician to serve in that role. Laura has served on that national committee for four years, most recently as vice chair to our colleague Paul Phrampus, MD.  Citing her prior program committee work, extensive education experience and prior work with the Virginia EMS Symposium, Dr. Cone said that made her the NAEMSP board's unanimous choice.
