Dr. Stewart Martin, Tidewater EMS Council President and Chair of the Virginia Governor's EMS Advisory Board's Medical Direction Committee, is sending the letter below to the National Association of State EMS Directors.  This letter outlines how the proposed changes may effect EMS in our region and the state. The letter was endorsed by the state EMS Advisory Board and the Virginia EMS Council's Executive Directors group.
