EMS Picnic a Success

Despite the threat of tropical depression-induced rain, the annual EMS family picnic and awards program was held on Sunday September 15 at the Virginia Zoo in Norfolk with warm weather and only a brief shower near the end of the event. In fact, attendance topped 600. More pictures.
