Eastern Shore Recognizes 2002 Award Winners

During the Eastern Shore EMS Awards Banquet on April 27, 2002, Outstanding Achievement Award recipients were named. The banquet, sponsored by Shore Memorial Hospital and the Eastern Shore EMS Council, also featured an address by Delegate Robert Bloxom, door prizes contributed by local merchants and a dance. Award winners were:

Walter A. Eskridge Award for Excellence - Lucus Lewin, MD

Steven A. Colona Memorial Award - John Lewis Dennis, Jr.

Outstanding Basic Life Support Provider - Keith Kirby

Outstanding Advanced Life Support Provider - Charles Ray Pruitt

Maureen Penny Parks Memorial Instructor Award - Bryan Rush

Outstanding Public Safety Communications Officer Award - Kevin Holloway

Outstanding Emergency Nurse - Bonnie Enoch

Call of the Year - Painter Vol. Fire Company and Melfa Vol. Fire and Rescue

Outstanding Contribution Award - Maryland State Police Trooper 4 (Medevac)
